Billing Specialist

Salary: USD27 - USD40 per hour Job Overview Beacon Hill is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Billing Specialist to support customer invoicing, account reconciliations, and billing operations. This position will work closely with Accounting, Finance, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of discrepancies. Responsibilities Generate and distribute customer invoices Review billing information for accuracy and completeness Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Maintain customer account and billing records Process billing adjustments, credits, and rebills as needed Reconcile billing activity and support month-end close Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections efforts Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes Prepare billing reports and ad hoc analyses Qualifications 2+ years of billing experience Strong Excel and data entry skills Experience with ERP or billing systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience in professional services, technology, or consulting environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
