National Account Executive

Summary/Objective Rabine Roofing, formerly Crawford Roofing Experts, has been providing reliable commercial roofing and exterior building solutions in the Chicagoland area for over 44 years. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated National Account Executive to join our Roofing team. This role involves driving sales of our roofing maintenance services across the nation, managing customer relationships, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the roofing industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Essential Functions Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets on a national level. Identify and generate leads through networking, industry events, and outreach. Present roofing maintenance solutions to potential clients and conduct product demonstrations. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Attend industry conferences and trade shows as a representative of the company. Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. Strong understanding of roofing systems and maintenance. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel as required. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role. This role requires the individual to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.
