Full Time, Live Out, Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant – Full Time – Greenwich, CT A family in Greenwich, Connecticut is looking for a highly experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to work primarily at home with occasional trips to the office. The assistant will collaborate with the family's existing Personal Assistant and the Principal. Responsibilities Manage the logistics of business and personal calendaring across multiple time zones. Plan, process, and report on events, including coordinating transportation, scheduling personal and philanthropic appointments, and taking meeting minutes as requested. Coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers to ensure all arrangements are accurate and functioning. Assist in shopping for family gifts for events, birthdays, and friends. Update and maintain business and personal contact database. Handle multiple expense accounts and credit cards. Requirements & Qualifications Extensive experience with event planning, expensed account management, and vendor coordination. Experience in philanthropic work is preferred. Ability to work harmoniously with other staff members who provide support with various tasks. Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday; flexibility required.
