Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each client's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and a commitment to practicing culturally competent therapy.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure and support clients during high-stress situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing rapport with clients from all walks of life.

• Experience and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and associated documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
