Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, and also provide individual sessions to each partner as needed.
\n
• Specialize in addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, family conflict, adjustment to divorce, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of families and individuals.
\n
• Develop treatment plans that not only focus on immediate concerns but also promote long-term mental wellness.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. Our patient population may experience issues related to blended families, domestic conflicts, and job stress, requiring a compassionate and skilled approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Washington.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed professionals, the ideal candidates will also have experience working with various age groups and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage cases of complex family dynamics. Flexibility in scheduling and the capacity to provide over 30 hours of client-facing services per week is also desirable.
