Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans rooted in recognized therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards to safeguard patient privacy.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health counselors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, fostering an understanding of mental health disorders and available treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population across various age groups experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
