1 OAK Home Improvement is hiring an experienced Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager to recruit, train, and lead a productive field team throughout South Florida.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work alongside your canvassers, demonstrate effective homeowner conversations, coach through rejection, and hold your team accountable for results.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and develop door-to-door appointment setters.
• Lead daily field canvassing and demonstrate how to approach homeowners, identify needs, handle objections, and book appointments.
• Plan territories, assign routes, and organize daily field activity.
• Run short, practical training sessions and role-play common objections.
• Track doors knocked, homeowner conversations, appointments booked, appointments that actually take place, and resulting sales.
• Improve appointment quality by coordinating with our sales team.
• Coach underperformers and develop strong canvassers into future leaders.
• Ensure the team represents 1 OAK professionally and follows applicable canvassing rules.

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing a door-to-door canvassing or field appointment-setting team.
• A track record of recruiting, training, and retaining productive canvassers.
• Strong personal door-knocking skills—you can demonstrate what you teach.
• Experience setting performance goals and managing a team using measurable results.
• Ability to stay composed through rejection and teach others to do the same.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work in the field, including evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.

Experience in roofing, windows, solar, or other residential home services is strongly preferred. Door-to-door sales experience alone is not enough; you must have experience leading a team.
