Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one therapy via secure video conferencing to adult clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Implementing clinically validated techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, to promote client progress and well-being.

• Utilizing digital platforms for session notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing workflow efficiency.

• Engaging in ongoing consultation with clinical leadership to discuss treatment approaches, client progress, and case management strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Required independent licensure to practice in your state (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with a preference for candidates with multiple state licenses.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to work effectively and independently with clients.
