Position Overview We are seeking a driven and professional In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners across our service territory. This is an outside sales role focused on delivering in-home consultations, presenting tailored remodeling solutions, and closing sales using industry-leading tools and technology. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers Deliver engaging sales presentations using iPad-based tools Design customized bath remodeling solutions Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings Qualifications Previous in-home sales experience preferred Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Ability to travel throughout assigned territory Schedule Full-time Flexible scheduling Evening and weekend availability may be required based on customer appointments Why Join Miller Home Renovation?
