Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, designed to offer flexibility while ensuring access to essential care resources for patients in a hospice center. You will be part of a supportive team that collaborates regularly, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes. The position requires a proactive approach to scheduling, as you may need to accommodate visits and client needs flexibly. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Social Worker at Self Harmony Counseling, you will:
