Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Strength Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing individualized clinical assessment and therapy to clients facing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans tailored to the needs of patients and their families.

• Conducting evidence-based screenings to determine client needs and arrange for further assessments as required.

• Assisting in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate support.

• Maintaining clear, accurate documentation and reporting on client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Providing a range of preventive, treatment, and recovery services that are evidence-based and goal-oriented.

• Participating in on-call coverage during after-hours as assigned to assist with urgent client needs.

You will primarily serve clients within our hospice program, which necessitates a deep understanding of end-of-life issues and compassion for families during challenging times. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
