Primary Care Physician – Miami, FL We are a physician‑led, mission‑driven primary care organization, one of the most successful full‑provider practices transforming the care of the neediest population. Our mission is to honor seniors with affordable VIP care that delivers better health. Compensation Base salary: $250,000+ per year Incentive bonus: up to 10% of base salary Signing bonus: up to $50,000 Partnership: No buy‑in Schedule & Patient Panel Hours: Monday‑Friday, 7:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. (last patient 4:15p.m.) Clinic patients: 18‑22 per day Maximum panel: 450 patients Outpatient only – no nights or hospital call Dedicated care team includes MA, scheduler, referral specialist Transportation Door‑to‑door transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
