Senior Analyst, Strategy and Business Development In this key role, you will report to the VP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development and be involved with key projects impacting the overall strategic planning process and significant decisions in business units across the company. You will be involved with a number of analytically based projects which may include market analysis, acquisition studies, profitability analyses, market entry, and input on project funding selection. This position will provide very high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with many senior managers throughout the organization. Business Analyst / Associate The equity research associate will conduct fundamental research and analysis and manage large projects in the identification, evaluation, and dissemination of venture capital investment and corporate acquisition theses. The associate must have critical analytical and thinking skills to perform thorough and diverse secondary research and to build large information databases on venture capital and merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, the associate must possess the organizational and management abilities to lead preparation for research publications, facilitate the schedule for and participate in intensive primary research, and manage complex and lengthy projects. Director of Marketing The Director of Marketing position will be responsible for the planning and execution of VentureChoice's marketing strategy. This position will develop and lead the product management function and build upon market development strategies to include positioning, branding, and promotion. These strategies will primarily drive sales and visibility for the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record and accomplishments in financial services.
