We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team! You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the shop. You will greet customers, identify their vehicle service needs, recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a positive customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally and determine their vehicle service and repair needs.
• Conduct thorough intake interviews and accurately document customer concerns.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition, manufacturer recommendations, and customer needs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Explain recommended repairs, costs, timelines, and warranty coverage clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor, service writer, technician, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common automotive repair services.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
