Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans to address individual concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress and manage emergency scenarios with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
