Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of patients, ensuring accurate diagnoses.

• Offer individual and short-term counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including grief, anxiety, and depression.

• Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic models.

• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops, promoting discussions around mental health topics and equipping patients with coping strategies and skills for their well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and community outreach coordinators, to ensure comprehensive care pathways and coordinated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Current state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
