Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support clients.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring quality standards in all client interactions.

• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to remain informed about the latest approaches in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure in New York State, with credentials such as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A strong ethical foundation and the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Specialized expertise in areas such as trauma recovery, substance use disorders, or other relevant psychological topics will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n
