Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting ethical, compassionate mental health counseling sessions using video chat platforms, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate therapeutic discussions and individual treatment sessions.

• Identifying the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, crafting individualized therapy goals and objectives that serve as the foundation of each client’s treatment plan.

• Helping clients explore their experiences, feelings, and relationships, thereby promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

• Monitoring client progress and implementing adjustments in treatment plans as needed to support the development of healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse range of low-acuity adults who are seeking mental health support. These clients are typically stable, presenting manageable mental health challenges that can benefit from regular therapeutic engagement. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD). Candidates must be capable of practicing independently without supervision and have no disciplinary actions on their license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a sympathetic and empathetic nature towards clients.

• Proficiency with technology and familiarity with digital counseling platforms to ensure seamless client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
