Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home, promoting a flexible work-life balance. You will engage in virtual sessions using telehealth tools that enable secure and convenient interactions with your clients. Our team enjoys a structured schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which allows consistency for both our clients and therapists.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide the therapeutic process.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Document session notes and treatment progress within 24 hours following each appointment, ensuring compliance with our documentation standards.

• Participate in peer case consultations to enhance clinical skills and share insights with fellow counselors.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, contributing to the overall integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult individuals and couples facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Our practice values the diversity of our clients, and you will have the opportunity to employ a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active independent license in Oregon as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW).

• Proficiency with telehealth technology to effectively manage virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably providing therapy to similar patient populations.
