We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to support accounting and recordkeeping functions. This position will primarily be responsible for entering invoices and bills into QuickBooks and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices and bills into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Verify invoice information and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Communicate with management regarding discrepancies or missing information.
- Support overall recordkeeping and administrative functions as needed.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required .
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Approximately 2 days per week
