Accounting ClerkHandling bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processingMaintaining historical records by filing documentsMaintaining knowledge of current federal, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring adherence to them, filing reports, and communicating with management on needed actionsTracking fixed assets to produce depreciation schedulesProducing the trial balance and financial statements, including, but not limited to, balance sheet and statements of income and of cash flowsExecuting accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, such as collectionsEnsuring correct and punctual monthly, quarterly and year end closeRequirements3+ years demonstrated bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks strongly preferredAssociates or Bachelors degree preferred, not requiredAbility to work on-site 5 days per week
