Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, both in office settings and virtually, to assess and address symptoms of major mental health disorders and severe emotional issues.

• Play a vital role in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to and advancing team goals through collaboration and cooperation.

• Facilitate brief, evidence-based screening and individualized assessments to determine treatment plans tailored to the client's unique needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring effective coordination among clients, their families, and healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Serve as a primary contact for crisis intervention, providing immediate support and interventions as necessary to maintain client safety and mental wellness.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with a focus on recovery and rehabilitation.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and ensure compliance with admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress to support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist with on-call coverage as required, maintaining availability for urgent client needs outside standard program hours.

• Contribute actively to agency committees aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including those with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
