The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no crisis calls required, ensuring that you can focus on your therapy sessions without interruption. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients via telehealth platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to empower patients, encouraging them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Maintain active communication with other healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners during treatment team meetings, fostering a collaborative clinical environment.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date progress notes after each session, documenting clinical insights and treatment plans to ensure cohesive care.

• Deliver high-quality care while maintaining a respectful and empathetic environment that acknowledges the diverse backgrounds of patients.

• Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through the organization’s training programs, such as Embark's Treatment Approach, DBT, and ERP.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support adults and adolescents who are navigating complex life challenges, family dynamics, and mental health disorders. Our clients often require guidance for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and behavioral concerns. By applying a strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach, you will work with diverse populations to promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

• Active, unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT in California.
