At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; it's our people. We are looking for a 100% remote Business Development Representative to be the engine of our sales efforts. This isn't just a "cold calling" role-it's an opportunity to learn the art of B2B sales at a high-growth SaaS company and play a direct role in our global expansion. The Impact You'll Have As a BDR, you are the first point of contact for our future customers. You'll spend your time identifying key stakeholders at the world's largest corporations and non-profits, initiating conversations about how Quorum can transform their advocacy work. You'll bridge the gap between marketing interest and closed deals, directly impacting our revenue and company success from day one. - Generate Pipeline: Hit your monthly targets by reaching out to a high volume of prospects via phone and email.
- Strategic Analysis: Don't just spray and pray. You'll analyze target accounts and the competitive landscape to tailor your outreach for maximum impact.
- Tech-Forward Sales: Use best-in-class sales tools and AI-driven strategies to optimize your conversion rates and manage your pipeline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate on Campaigns: Help plan and execute account-based marketing efforts and events to engage our top prospects.

- On Target Earnings (OTE): $56,500 + additional compensation incentives based on performance (OTE is calculated based upon meetings completed and opportunities scheduled).
