IT Manager

IT DirectorSystem One is looking for an IT Director for a direct hire/perm opportunity in Pittsburgh.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and oversee all aspects of IT services across multiple locations.Administer Google email and manage strong security practices for all IT systems and devices.Configure and manage cloud-based appliances, backup solutions, and network infrastructure including wired and wifi networks.Maintain and troubleshoot systems interfacing with fabrication machines such as plasma tables, laser cutters, and welders.Manage site-to-site and client VPN networks, device security, and ensure organizational policies compliance.Administer, maintain, and configure Windows PCs; manage help desk support and hardware/software procurement.Set up remote field offices, manage cellular data accounts, building security systems, cloud-based phone systems, and internet services across multiple locations.Manage servers and security enclave equipment; oversee security in the CUI enclave.Develop and provide IT staff training, maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and support guidelines.RequirementsRobust and wide understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systemsStrong interpersonal communication and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize and manage tasks/projects, escalate issues as neededStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding verbal and written communications skillsKnowledge of network systems and cloud-based networkingAbility to synthesize information and make independent decisionsManage and adjust processes as business expectations change and evolveInitiative and adaptability to a changing environmentAssociates or Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience in IT systems administration or a related roleAdministrative experience with Microsoft SystemsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
