Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify areas of need, as well as develop individualized treatment plans that accommodate the complexities of addiction and mental health disorders.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, while utilizing electronic health record systems designed for seamless documentation and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical director on periodic chart audits, and provide critical oversight in signing off on individual and group therapy notes.

• Engage actively in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions, contributing to case discussions and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited program.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience working with addiction, dual diagnosis, or mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
