A great school in the Henderson, NC, area is now looking to hire a Special Education Teacher for a full-time opening for next school year. Not only will you be working alongside experts in the education field, but you will also be immersed in the beautiful and diverse city of Henderson. Responsibilities: • Conduct and collaborate on assessments to aid overall academic development, and use the results to design and deliver individualized special education instruction and supports. • Design and implement individualized instructional strategies to support each student's needs in communication, language development, speech clarity, and social interaction skills. Experience: • Previous experience in schools is preferred.
