Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based tools to inform treatment.

• Provide a mix of remote and, when necessary, in-person counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Document all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously to maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical standards.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health treatments by actively participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and webinars.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year for full-time positions.
