Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on personalized strategies that align with each client's unique needs and treatment goals.

• Assess and document new client histories thoroughly to tailor treatment plans effectively, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and more.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Clinical Director to help structure and enhance program offerings, ensuring they align with best practices in therapeutic care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating closely with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.

• Create and maintain comprehensive treatment plans, continuously evaluating and adapting them based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and responses using approved electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and streamline communication.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and teachings, adjusting methodologies based on measurable outcomes.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support clinic operations and patient care initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including children and families facing developmental differences, challenges in mental health, and other psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Total Safety Counseling, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
