Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Morristown, NJ (100% On-Site)
Duration: 8 Week Project Assignment
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour
Equipment Provided: Laptop and parking pass
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Data Entry Specialist to assist with a short-term data collection and administrative project. This role involves contacting banks and vendors via phone and email to gather information, accurately documenting responses, and updating spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, has strong communication skills, and is highly organized.
Key Responsibilities

• Contact banks, financial institutions, and vendors by phone and email to obtain requested information.
  
• Record and update information accurately in spreadsheets and tracking documents.
  
• Follow up with contacts as needed to gather missing or incomplete information.
  
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts.
  
• Meet project deadlines while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Provide general administrative support related to the project as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls and corresponding via email.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  
• Previous administrative, customer service, data entry, or project support experience preferred.
  

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
