Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for new clients within 24 hours of admission, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique backgrounds and mental health histories.

• Establish a therapeutic rapport with clients during initial meetings, fostering trust and openness as the foundation for effective treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized Comprehensive Treatment Plans (CTP) within three days of admission, outlining treatment goals and strategies tailored to each client.

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions on a recurring schedule, along with weekly conjoint family therapy sessions, enhancing family involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Lead and facilitate multifamily and alumni support groups, providing a platform for shared experiences and ongoing recovery support.

• Engage in weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss client progress, contribute insights, and collaborate on care strategies.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with insurance providers to ensure appropriate certification and continued authorization of services.

• Prepare detailed discharge summaries and follow-up plans, facilitating seamless transitions for clients returning to their everyday lives.

• Stay accessible and responsive to client needs and family inquiries during the treatment process.
