Program Management Analyst

Acquisition Program Management Analyst We have an immediate need for an Acquisition Program Management Analyst to provide support to DHS Customs and Border Protection (CBP) customers located in Ashburn, VA. This position allows for a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Serve CBP Major Acquisition program managers to support and adhere to acquisition policy, and conduct oversight and governance on CBP Acquisition Programs and related efforts by providing advice and guidance on the acquisition process. Support the review of acquisition documents and plans, and develop analysis on how well the programs are planned and are executing. Assist Government personnel with preparing correspondence, briefings to programs and senior leaders, and tracking actions. Assist with development, implementation, management, and improvement of performance metrics around acquisition governance and policy. Support other acquisition analysis, strategic planning, and administrative or technical support. Assist in central coordination for performance measures, planning, metrics reports, and analysis on CBP programs and activities. Required Qualifications U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and retain a CBP Background Investigation Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience Knowledge of the program management field and acquisition management, including understanding of the DHS Management Directive 102‑01 and its supporting guides, DoD 5000, Program Management Institute guides, and/or Federal Acquisition Institute guidelines Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Desired Qualifications Active DHS Suitability or CBP Background Investigation or a DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance Pay Range Information At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.
