Legal Administrative Specialist (Litigation Support)

Legal Administrative Specialist
If selected for this position, you will serve as a Legal Administrative Specialist for the United States Attorney's Office, District of Montana. Typical work assignments will include:
- Explains and sets team goals, priorities, and objectives, and provides information to the supervisor on team performance.
- Oversees team members and monitors workload to ensure it is balanced among team members in accordance with established workflow, while also assisting with tasks and the workload.
- Planning, creating, and coordinating litigation support services including trial preparation and presentation.
- Analyzing litigation support software and support systems and taking action to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organizing, tracking and analyzing voluminous amounts of digital evidence for complex cases handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
*Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.*
