Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, allowing flexibility in work location while collaborating with team members in our outpatient office setting based in Hillsboro, Oregon. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be expected to adhere to a structured work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to accommodate patient schedules and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing substance use disorders, addressing both the mental and emotional hurdles associated with addiction. You will support clients of diverse backgrounds, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to express their challenges. The therapeutic practices you employ will be pivotal in guiding these individuals and their families towards sustainable recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.

  Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

  Solid understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

  Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, providing empathetic and supportive interactions with clients.

  Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.

  Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications essential for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to help ease your transition into our team.
