Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including clinical interviews and standardized questionnaires, to evaluate clients' mental health needs thoroughly.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Document all client interactions and progress notes succinctly and accurately, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality care.

• Participate in continuous professional development, including attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
