Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the mental health needs and goals of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, ensuring each approach is customized to the client's background and issues.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly assess their progress throughout treatment.

• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or preferences for remote sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all interactions.

Our practice primarily serves a diverse client population seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. These include, but are not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
