Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individual therapy plans that cater to clients' specific goals, using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.

• Engage in active listening to empathize with clients and to facilitate therapeutic conversations that promote healing.

• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting therapeutic plans as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that aligns with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions and supervision meetings, to enhance therapeutic skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Rockwell Psychotherapy Ltd., your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related disorders, and relationship challenges. You will empower clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, creating a safe and validating space for self-exploration and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
