Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse population of clients, each facing unique challenges. From adolescents grappling with anxiety to adults dealing with the impacts of past trauma and depression, your role will require you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet each client’s specific needs, ensuring they feel understood and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Arizona.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients and their needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or working within a private practice setting will find themselves well-prepared for this role. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms would be advantageous but not required, as we provide training for the right candidate.
