Pay: Base Rate + Commission (uncapped) | Medical Benefits & 401K Job Openings: 2 Current Openings Overview: Are you a driven recruiter who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building lasting relationships? We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities across local and national markets. What You'll Do: Partner closely with Account Managers and hiring stakeholders to understand client hiring needs and position requirements. Source, identify, engage, and recruit top-tier talent using a variety of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and evaluations to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop and expand professional networks to attract passive and active candidates. Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with all local, state, and federal employment regulations. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High level of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail. Self-motivated professional with a competitive mindset and a passion for recruiting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical disciplines preferred. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred. Why Join Us?
