About the Role:

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team on a Baylor Shift (3x12 Overnight Weekends). This position offers the chance to work across all areas of the lab (including Blood Bank and Microbiology) and play an essential role in supporting high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technician or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology
• ASCP or AMT certification as MT/MLS or MLT required
• Previous experience with Cerner strongly preferred
• Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
