Immediate opening
Seeking an experienced front desk manager/treatment coordinator/biller to join our team.
Front Office Duties Include : Scheduling, treatment plan presentation, collections, posting payments, billing, claim follow up.
Knowledge of Open Dental practice management software is HIGHLY preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients seeking treatment
- Maintain patient flow and schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for treatment
-Knowledge of basic and advanced dental terminology and being comfortable with presenting dental information to patients.
-Present treatment plan and financial arrangements (Sunbit, Carecredit)
- Bill/preauthorize/follow up with dental insurance company
- Collect and process patient payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and demographics
- Follow up with healthcare providers (including specialists) to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or questions in a professional manner
