SCOPE OF WORK Managing Accounts Payable using accounting software and other programs for multiple entities Ensuring bills are coded, approved, entered and paid in a timely and accurate manner Ensuring employee expense reimbursements are coded properly and processed for payment Research any vendor and employee payment discrepancies New vendor setup and management Annual 1099 preparation Monthly AP Accruals Assist accounting team as needed IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Previous relevant accounting experience (2-3 years) Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Able to handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment High level of organization and attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude Strong ability to handle confidential information discretely
