About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead the evolution of its marketing strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader, responsible for developing and executing an annual marketing strategy that is in line with the firm's growth goals. This role demands a visionary who can enhance brand awareness, generate business opportunities, and improve the client experience. The CMO will also be tasked with leading the firm's growth strategy, setting revenue goals, and ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are aligned. A key focus will be on brand strategy, market positioning, and the stewardship of the firm's brand identity across various channels. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience. A background in professional services, particularly in B2B sectors such as public accounting, consulting, legal, or financial services, is strongly preferred. The role requires technical expertise in CRM and marketing technologies, as well as a proven track record in leading integrated marketing, digital strategy, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Success will be measured by the achievement of revenue and growth goals, increased brand visibility, and the development of a high-performing marketing team.
