  What is the vision of  GlanceAI ?  

 

  Overview of the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Developer Partnerships to drive 3 rd party developer partnerships for GlanceAI in the U.S. Based in New York, this role will focus on unlocking scaled access to multiple developers (both large and medium size) across categories , building repeatable deal structures, and developing strategic relationships that drive high-volume partnerships. You will leverage GlanceAI's AI Commerce platform on the lock screen GlanceAI as the leader in next-generation mobile experiences.  

The impact you'll make:  

Unlock Scaled Access to Developers : Identify and secure partnerships with 3rd Party developers across different categories ( eg. Netflix, Uber, CNN etc ) to unlock high value user experience on the Glance AI platform on the lock screen of the device

Build Repeatable Deal Structures:  Develop standardized and repeatable deal structures or partner programs to streamline onboarding and ensure scalable, efficient collaboration with new partners. 

Develop Strategic Relationships:  Cultivate high-impact, strategic relationships with key platforms that bring significant engagement and monetization to GlanceAI's lock screen platform. 

Support Partnership Goals:  Align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives , working closely with the product and business teams to ensure seamless integration of GlanceAI into partner ecosystems. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with product marketing, product, and AI teams to tailor partnership pitches, provide partner feedback, and enhance GlanceAI's offerings based on market needs. 

Performance Tracking:  Establish and monitor partnership KPIs to measure success, optimize strategies, and report progress to leadership.  

The experience we need:  


  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in the retail and consumer technology sectors.  


  • Demonstrated track record of building strategic partnerships and achieving revenue targets in retail and / or consumer technology environments.  


  • Expertise in developing repeatable deal structures or partner programs to drive scalable growth.  


  • Strong understanding of consumer technology trends, consumer behavior, and the role of technology (e.g., AI, personalization) in driving partnerships.  


  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to secure high-volume partnerships in a competitive market.  


  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, with experience working cross-functionally to align partnerships with broader business objectives .  


  • Proficiency in analyzing partnership data and market trends to inform strategies and drive results.  


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling partnership pitches for diverse audiences.  


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not .

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location.

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $150,000—$200,000 USD (min to max of base salary pay). This salary range is applicable to our offices located in California and New York * . In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.

*Our ranges may vary based on the final location and region of the role in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of a stock grant known as Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we believe that our employees should have the ability to own a part of the organization. Furthermore, as you contribute to the growth of the company, additional stock may be issued in recognition of your contribution over time.
