In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in assessing clients’ mental health needs and designing tailored therapeutic approaches to facilitate healing and growth. You will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various issues, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, using an evidence-based approach to therapy.

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home or preferred location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients’ mental health status to develop individualized therapy plans that meet their unique needs.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as work with couples and families to address relational dynamics and enhance interpersonal communication skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive care for all clients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Document all client interactions accurately and communicate changes in treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

• Stay informed about upcoming trends in mental health care and continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance your skill set.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will engage with a rich diversity of clients, each facing unique challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
