Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools to enhance clinical accuracy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support strategies.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all practices adhere to high-quality standards.

• Act as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Communicate effectively to promote our services and meet contract obligations, enhancing our presence within the community.
