Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough admission evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, taking into consideration their background and specific circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic services.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and transitional groups to enhance clients' coping strategies and improve their social skills.

• Manage crisis situations by utilizing specific intervention techniques and assessing immediate clinical needs effectively.

• Maintain communication with the multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.

• Document all therapeutic interventions, assessments, and clinical progress in accordance with facility policies and best practices to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide training and workshops for clinic staff on various mental health topics to enhance their understanding and improve service delivery.

• Conduct regular screenings, assessments, and triage to determine appropriate levels of care for referred clients.

The primary patient population for this role includes individuals in a community health scenario, often dealing with a spectrum of mental health disorders, emotional disturbances, and associated behavioral health challenges. This role involves working with clients referred by security, healthcare staff, and community sources, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in community mental health settings, as well as those who have worked with incarcerated or at-risk populations, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy practices will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
