Description AppFolio is seeking energetic sales professionals to join our Investment Manager SMB Sales Team as an Account Executive. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing business within the SMB segment. Each Account Executive works diligently to prospect, qualify, and close business within their assigned segments, earning competitive pay, extensive sales and product training, and ongoing career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing SMB-level opportunities. Manage pipeline and work activities in Salesforce.com. Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts. Network, build relationships, conduct cold calling, lead follow-up via email, provide product demonstrations, and execute service agreements. Qualifications Hybrid role. 2–3+ years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience in the SMB space at a SaaS/tech company. Experience with consultative, solution‑based sales methodology; Challenger Sales methodology preferred. BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred. Must Have Ability to develop trusted relationships. Ability and resilience to work in a fast‑paced sales environment. Proven record of success achieving and exceeding quotas. Solid understanding of technical applications used for selling, such as MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and Zoom. Location Hybrid role – flexible location. Compensation & Benefits The target compensation is $140,000 OTE. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Full‑time employees are eligible for benefits, including a comprehensive Total Rewards package, though precise compensation ranges are not disclosed here.
