Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health to understand their unique challenges, utilizing digital assessment tools to gather data effectively.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to address each client's specific needs, ensuring measurable therapeutic goals are set.

• Provide individual therapy using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant frameworks, promoting clients' emotional well-being.

• Engage in regular check-ins and progress monitoring to evaluate therapeutic effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients unable to attend in-person appointments, enhancing accessibility to mental health services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with health information laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• Licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated empathy and a client-centered, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational skills, allowing for effective caseload management and timely completion of documentation.
