Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health issues, employing a range of diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other modalities suited to client preferences.

• Set therapeutic goals in consultation with clients and actively monitor their progress, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

Your work will primarily serve individuals seeking mental health support in the Austin area, with a focus on diverse populations that may include low-income families, immigrants, and those facing systemic barriers to mental health services. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• An empathetic and non-judgmental approach toward clients, recognizing the diversity of their experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads effectively and complete associated administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in providing therapy within a community health setting or working with underserved populations is highly desired. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
